1. About the site

The site presents the services of Frank Del Rosario Fotografía y Video, a photo and video studio in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The information is general and may change without notice.

2. Quotes and bookings

Each project is quoted individually, depending on the type of service, the duration and the location. A quote request or a message through the site, WhatsApp or email is not a booking. The date is reserved when the proposal is confirmed. The terms of each service (coverage, deliverables, timing and payments) are set out in writing in the accepted proposal.

3. Changes and cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least one week in advance to avoid extra charges. Specific terms are stated in each service's proposal.

4. Intellectual property

The photographs, videos, texts, logos and other content on the site belong to Frank Del Rosario Fotografía y Video or are used with permission. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. The rights to the work we do for you, and how you may use it, are set out in the proposal or the service agreement.

5. Appropriate use

Do not use the site to send unlawful content, attempt to access systems without authorization or send automated or false requests.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or embed third-party services (for example YouTube, Google Maps or WhatsApp), which are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their content.

7. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the site available and the information up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo.
