At Frank Del Rosario Fotografía y Video (“we”) we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit frankdelrosario.com, write to us or hire our services, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. We rely on the Constitution of the Dominican Republic (article 44, on privacy and access to personal information) and on Law 172-13 on the comprehensive protection of personal data.

We do not ask for data we do not need. We do not sell your data.
3. Use of photographs and videos in our portfolio
We publish in the portfolio, on the site and on social media only material from jobs for which we have your authorization or that of the company or institution that hired the coverage. If you appear in a published image and want us to remove it, write to us and we will review it. For school photography or photography of minors, we have the authorization of whoever holds parental authority or of the institution, as applicable.
4. Who we share data with
- Technical providers that host the site and email, who process data on our behalf. Their servers may be outside the Dominican Republic.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write to us through that channel, under its own terms.
- YouTube (Google), only when you click to play a video, and Google Maps, only when you click to load the map. Until then no information is sent to those services.
- Authorities, when required by law.
5. How long we keep data
We keep request and job data for as long as needed to handle the request, perform the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or update, its deletion and object to its processing, as well as withdraw any consent you have given us. Write to us at info@frankdelrosario.com stating which right you want to exercise and how to reach you. We may ask you to confirm your identity. If you believe your rights have not been honored, you may turn to the competent authorities.
7. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), form validation, restricted access to information and private backups. No system is infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy, for example if the law changes. We will publish the current version here with its update date.
