Extras and rates
- Extra photo: RD$ 550 each.
- Extra person: RD$ 1,000 if you exceed the plan's maximum.
- Delivery in 3 to 5 business days, in many cases the day after the selection.
- The selection is made in a low-resolution gallery.
Working and delivery policies
- We do not deliver raw photos.
- Results are delivered edited (not retouched); special retouching is quoted separately.
- The date is only reserved with a deposit, and the deposit is non-refundable.
- To reschedule, give 48 hours' notice (subject to availability).
- If you arrive late, the session time may be affected.
- Outside cameras and devices are not allowed during the session.
- The images are for personal use; we may use them in the portfolio and on social media, unless you tell us otherwise for privacy reasons.
Payment and hours
- 50% to book and 50% before the session.
- We accept cash or bank transfer; we send you the account details on WhatsApp when you book.
- Studio hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Weekends by appointment.
- If your availability falls outside those hours, we handle it as an appointment on WhatsApp.

Since 2017 we have built a decorated set at the studio every season. You just arrive with your family: the backdrop, the decoration and the light are ready.
Christmas Memories and Memories with Mom are the most anticipated, and all year round we have set options for portraits, birthdays and maternity.

We announce each season's set on our social media and on this page. Write to us to reserve your date.
Who can take part?

Can I use a set for a birthday or maternity session?
Yes. We have set options available all year for portraits, birthdays and maternity.
Do you deliver the photos unedited?
No. All photos are delivered edited and we do not deliver raw photos. Special retouching is quoted separately.
How is the date booked?
Write to us on WhatsApp with two date and time options. The date is booked with the 50% deposit; the other 50% is paid before the session.
Can I change my session date?
Yes, with 48 hours' notice and subject to availability. The deposit is non-refundable.
How much does an extra person or an extra photo cost?
Each extra person above the plan's maximum costs RD$ 1,000, and each extra photo RD$ 550.
