Conferences and coverage outside the city
Conventions, conferences, launches and incentive trips in Santiago, Punta Cana, other provinces and abroad. We arrive with the program and cover every session.
Where we work
Wherever your event is.
Our studio is in Santo Domingo, but the work does not stay here. We cover conferences, conventions, launches and incentive trips in any province of the country and outside it, with the same team and the same delivery standard.
We have worked in Santiago de los Caballeros, in hotels in Punta Cana and Cap Cana, and abroad in Bogotá (Colombia), Cancún (Mexico) and Panama, with clients such as MegaLabs, Arla with KM Destinos and Seguros Pepín.
We accompany your group through the whole program with photo, video and, if you need it, live streaming: conferences, dinners, themed parties and outdoor activities.

Tips
What is worth knowing.
- 01
The program
Send us the agenda in advance: that way we know which sessions and which people are the priority.
- 02
Several days
For multi-day events we organize delivery by day so your team can publish on time.
- 03
The venue
We coordinate with the hotel or venue team on access, power and connectivity if there is a live stream.
- 04
The portraits
If you want headshots of the attendees, we set up a portrait station in the same hotel.
